Hayley Herzing (Jungmann) leads the Department of Design at Havas Chicago as VP/Design Director. As a design leader / creative director in NYC and Chicago past workplaces include Esquire & Harper’s Bazaar magazines, OKRP, Estee Lauder, LVMH, and multiple ad agencies. Hayley has led award winning design work for clients such as Yellowstone National Park, Plezi, Wayfair, Morton Salt, Stanley Steemer, Adidas, and campaigns for the City of Chicago. She received 2 Silver Cannes Lions and multiple awards and nominations at LIAs, Clio's, One Show, and Effies. In 2023, D&AD ranked her 19th in their annual Top Design Directors list.

In 2026, Hayley rejoined Book180 as an instructor of design for student art directors.
