Globally, The Laughing Cow is an icon. But in the U.S., a new generation barely knows who she is. So we found a hard-to-miss introduction: a giant wedge of cheese on wheels. Meet the Wedgemobile. Part food truck, part sampling station, part social magnet, the Wedgemobile hit the road handing out wedge-shaped bites and showing people all the delicious ways to enjoy The Laughing Cow, one wedge at a time. It's currently mooooving between different cities!
